Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide and improve the Game.

• Google Sign-In Data: If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides the standard account information you approve: your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture. We access this information through Supabase Auth, which stores the authentication record on our behalf. We use your identifier and email address to authenticate you, secure your account, and associate your saved Roadtrip Rivals progress with it. We do not use your Google name or profile picture as your public player identity, and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google account content.
• Other Account Data: If you choose Discord sign-in, Discord provides similar basic account information through Supabase Auth. For every signed-in account, we store:
  • Your email address and authentication provider identifier.
  • Your custom, player-chosen username.
  • Your selected player appearance, country, game statistics, achievements, puzzle progress, and created or liked boards.
• Location Data: When a signed-in profile has no country set, we use the connection IP address once to infer and store a country code for the profile. We do not store the IP address in the player profile.
• Payment Data: If you buy an optional item, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your account email address and the information needed to process the transaction. We store the Stripe checkout identifier, purchased item, amount, currency, and fulfilment date, but we do not store or process complete card details on our servers.
• Usage & Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to aggregate anonymous usage statistics (e.g., page views, session duration, general performance metrics) to help us improve game mechanics and user experience. We configure Google Analytics using privacy-preserving modes, including IP masking/anonymization and disabling advertising features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• Operating, maintaining, and providing access to Roadtrip Rivals.
• Authenticating you and saving your player profile, progress, and account preferences.
• Matching you with other players and displaying public game and leaderboard information.
• Processing optional purchases via Stripe.
• Analyzing performance and gameplay metrics to debug issues and enhance user experience.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Service Providers

Your data is held securely and never sold, rented, or traded. We use the following service providers to operate Roadtrip Rivals:

4. Google User Data

When you choose Google sign-in:

• Access: We access only your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture through OAuth.
• Use: We use this data only to sign you in, protect your account, and connect it to your saved game data.
• Storage: Supabase Auth stores the authentication record for as long as your Roadtrip Rivals account remains active. We retain related records only as long as needed to operate the Game, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
• Sharing: We share this data only with Supabase as our authentication provider and, if you start a purchase, your email address with Stripe to process that purchase. We do not share Google user data with other players, advertisers, or data brokers.
• Deletion: You can request deletion by emailing info@fyrr.io. Revoking Roadtrip Rivals in your Google account stops future Google access but does not by itself delete data already stored by Roadtrip Rivals.

5. Public Visibility & Data Sharing

• Visibility: Your chosen username, player appearance, country flag, game statistics, achievements, and public boards may be visible to other players. Your email address, Google name, Google profile picture, OAuth identifier, and account settings remain private.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to run the service through our hosting and payment infrastructure, or if required by applicable law.

6. Age Requirement & Children's Privacy

Although Roadtrip Rivals features family-friendly content, we adhere to global digital privacy standards (such as GDPR and COPPA):

• Age Limit: The Game is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
• Parental Guidance: Users under the age of 13 may only access and use the Game with the explicit consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• Data Deletion for Minors: We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without authorization, please contact us at info@fyrr.io so we can immediately delete the account and all associated data.

7. Your Rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Update or correct your personal data.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the complete deletion of your account and personal data.
• Right to Restrict or Object: Limit or object to how we process your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our gameplay features, integrations, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
