Welcome to Roadtrip Rivals! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online web game and related services provided by fyrr.io ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or playing Roadtrip Rivals (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Game.

1. Account Creation & Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, you may only play under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details (via Google, Discord, or Email) and for all activities that occur under your player profile.
• Usernames: You may select a custom username for your public player profile. We reserve the right to force-change or delete usernames that are offensive, impersonate others, or violate intellectual property rights.

2. Fair Play & User Conduct

To keep Roadtrip Rivals enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation scripts, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate game state or leaderboards.
• Harass, abuse, or engage in toxic behavior toward other players in game lobbies or communication features.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload our servers, APIs, or database infrastructure.
• Impersonate fyrr.io staff or other community members.

We reserve the right to suspend, reset, or permanently ban accounts that violate these conduct rules without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

• Game Content: All artwork, code, game logic, user interface designs, audio, logos, and trademarks associated with Roadtrip Rivals and fyrr.io are the exclusive property of fyrr.io and its creators.
• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4. Payments & In-Game Purchases (Upcoming)

• Free Access: Access to the base Game is currently provided free of charge.
• Future Purchases: If paid features or cosmetic items are introduced, transactions will be processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law or stated otherwise at purchase.
• Virtual Goods: Any virtual items or features unlocked in the Game represent a limited, non-transferable license and have no real-world monetary value.

5. Availability & Service Changes

• "As-Is" Service: The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free uptime.
• Updates & Modifications: We regularly update game balance, features, and server infrastructure. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Netherlands and the European Union:

• fyrr.io and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
